The setting is good and the staff were friendly but a bit too chatty, it became a bit annoying being interrupted so often. The buffet was well stocked but the African section wasn't as good. The barbecue had an interesting touch, using sugar canes instead of the regular sticks (brochettes). The problem with that was the meat/chicken stuck to them and needed to be cut off. The desserts were ok/good but a little too sweet. Overall for what we got it seemed a bit expensive but I guess the Hilton name explains the higher price.
